Who holds the rent money?
You do. Rent is paid into your own Stripe account.
Can I bring my existing tenants?
Yes. Import units and tenants, including opening balances, from your current system.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The facility keeps running and catches up when the connection returns.
Do you support Spanish?
Yes. Facility websites, the kiosk and the tenant help center are available in English and Spanish.
